I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Book 12' running Windows 10 Home.
It performed exactly how expected for about a week. I'm running a Microsoft Surface Mouse (Bluetooth), I've used Samsung Flow software (which uses Bluetooth) and I have been able to transfer files between my Galaxy Book and my wife's MacBook using Bluetooth. So I know that a) Bluetooth came with the device and b) it was working at one point in time.

Then a few days ago, it performed a Windows 10 update, and it completely deleted my Bluetooth driver. Now when I go to the Bluetooth settings, there is no 'on/off' toggle. When I run Troubleshooter, it says 'There is no Bluetooth on this device'. When I search for how to fix this nearly every recommendation is to go to Device Manager and update the driver, but Bluetooth is not listed as an option under Device Manager. The next recommendation is to go to services.msc and to turn Bluetooth Support Services from Manual to Automatic. I have done that and Bluetooth still does not show up. The last thing I did was do a factory reset of the device. Being that it's only a week old, it wasn't that painful and I didn't lose any work. The factory reset returned the driver, but then a FORCED Windows 10 update happened that I could not opt out of and the Bluetooth driver was once again gone.

When I called Samsung, they stated that Microsoft is disabling Bluetooth devices in their Windows 10 update and that I need to resolve the issue with Microsoft. Microsoft has not been much help at this time. I was bounced around to multiple departments until ultimately they said they'll have someone call me back. It's been about 2 hours and I haven't heard back.

In my mind, this should be an easy fix of going to an authorized site (either Samsung or Microsoft) and downloading a valid Bluetooth driver. But that is not the case. Every search for fixing this issue asks you to download some 3rd party driver detection software that does not actually do anything. It just scans your device for drivers. But the Bluetooth driver no longer exists on my device.
Being that this device is only 10 days old, I'm considering just returning the device and the microsoft mouse and continuing to use my wife's MacBook. But I much prefer this device as it is the one I've been eyeing for months and I prefer windows.
Can ANYONE please help me. I've invested probably between 6-8 hours into this and I'm about ready to give up and return the device.
