**First of all for people installing this or having issues with it trying to get a additional packaging and not doing anything. Ensure you have this app on the C: drive. if its not move it over.**Nothing here in this application is anything you cant get by simply going to Samsung's own website and searching for your model, on top of that it does not seem to give any Bios updates at least for my own model, your mileage may vary. When I did download some from this very app that is distributed on Win 10's own store, Windows freaked out and blocked the installers from even working at all making this application for me even MORE useless.Then there was the fact that if you have this installed on any drive other than your boot drive it will want to download an additional package (why? shouldn't it be included with the app?) and close without doing anything at all.Samsung could do far better than this, but Samsung and software support is normally poor. Hope to see improvement soon!
